Eve Wangui who also works under the artist name Miss Eve is a multimedia designer & illustrator based in Berlin. She works between theory and practice and aims to implement intuitive concepts and dare to suggest new perspectives. In 2017 she was honoured to present on design methods & post colonial at the documenta 14. Parliament of Bodies. 

Her creative work exists within the context of globalisation and migration of both people and ideas with emphasis on how movement transforms popular culture. An alumni of the Art University of Kassel, her work has been published by United Dead Artists Dead panini Cards France (2017); Groundmag Berlin(2016); Pop’Africana Magazine(2008, 2014); KWANI? Kenya (2015);Chimurenga South Africa PMS Reader (2012); CAPOSUD magazine Italy(2008); to name a few.

Additionally she has presented and exhibited her work in various group exhibitions for example; Examensaustellung documenta-halle Kassel (2014) and Mash up the archive IWALEWA Haus Bayreuth (2013 & 2015);  Somerset house London:Process!(2018); Bubblegum Club South Africa (2018); The Millionaires Club Leipzig(2016); Angoulême Festival Independent Comic Festival F.O.FF. (2015) and International Comic Salon Erlangen(2008).   

She also played the lead female in the controversial 2012 Mockumentary film Vaterlandsliebe that explored masculinity and the German identity. The Film won 1st place Der Landeszentrale für politische Bildung, Audience Award Haydauer Filmtage, Nomination First Steps Award Germany, 2. place Independent Days.       

From 2010 – 2013 she was responsible for the Art direction of the socio - political Kassel student AStA magazine Medium. She also worked on and off 2014 – 2017 as a Graduate Assistant at the Art University of Kassel in projects relating to pop culture and neo/post colonial trends.
